Chapter One begins with the ambitious development of two pairs of semi-detached homes in the charming locale of Hampton, Richmond Upon Thames. What sets these residences apart is the innovative use of technology and sustainable construction practices to ensure they meet the highest energy standards.

The structural backbone of these homes is formed by Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), which not only provide robust support but also contribute to superior insulation. This, in turn, enhances the energy efficiency of the homes, reducing the need for excessive heating or cooling.

In the pursuit of sustainability, the homes are equipped with air-source heat pumps, tapping into renewable energy sources to regulate temperature. The commitment to energy efficiency doesn't stop there. Mechanical ventilation with a heat recovery system ensures that the homes maintain a constant, comfortable temperature while minimizing energy wastage.

What truly sets these residences apart is the integration of intelligent heat zoning. This sophisticated technology learns and adapts to the occupants' habits, creating a personalized and efficient heating schedule. Moreover, it can geo-locate residents, ensuring that the home is prepped and at the desired temperature upon their arrival.

To complement these eco-conscious features, residents have the option to pair their homes with an Octopus energy tariff. This strategic alliance with Octopus ensures that from the moment they move in, the homes operate at a zero-carbon footprint. It's a forward-thinking approach that not only benefits the environment but also positions these homes as beacons of sustainability in the heart of Hampton.

Based in the town centre this is the ideal location for downsizers and we are excited to bring these to the market shortly.

Designs are based on a mews style development and create an organic plan arranged around small private courtyards. This presents as a cluster of interesting pitched roof forms, reminiscent of the local vernacular.
